What is a LOTAMAN?

• A lotaman figures out how to get a job done, no matter what.
• A lotaman likes his food hot and his drinks cold. Except where that would be inappropriate.
• A lotaman is friend to all and a threat to none.
• A lotaman can change his own tire, build his own fence and maybe fix his own plumbing, but he knows the value of a professional service.
• A lotaman fights fire with water, unless it's an electrical fire.
• A lotaman puts his pants on one leg at a time, his shirt on one sleeve at a time, and his protective breastplate on one strap at a time.
