FULL TIME, NON-EXEMPT HOURLY POSITION
Position Summary:
The Distribution/Transportation Crew Member is responsible for the daily loading and delivery of product to stores as assigned. This position reports to the Transportation Supervisor.
$24.00-$28.00 per hour – Depending on Experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri days (4:45am start), weekends off
Essential Functions:
Perform pre- and post-trip checks for all deliveries.
Maintain all paperwork including log books, master sheets, fuel receipts, delivery invoices, over/short sheets, and any other necessary paperwork.
Communicate effectively with stores to let them know expected arrival time and call supervisor to authorize any store returns.
Remove all trash from tractor trailer after routes and ensure doors and windows are properly secured before leaving for the day
– Must be able to operate all equipment and have knowledge to maintain equipment to meet compliance guidelines
– Must be able to deliver to assigned routes in a safe and timely manner
– Must work with stores in a professional and courteous manner
