Estimated shipping and delivery times:

Each of our products is printed “on demand.” (We don’t stock items). We take 2-7 business days to create our products. Shipping is though USPS Flat Rate. Shipping costs and timing will be calculated in “Cart Total”.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

Please check your shipping confirmation to ensure that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, please contact us noting your order number.

Returns policy

Because each of our products is printed “on demand” (We don’t stock items), we only accept returns if your order is incorrect or damaged. If this is the case, please package the item in the original box or envelope in which it was mailed to you and include the following information:

  • Reason for the return
  • Your Name/Address/Phone/Email
